Terms of Service

SÜR is a men’s hair-care brand. At this stage the Site is a marketing and waitlist experience; products are not yet available for sale. When commerce launches, these terms will apply to those transactions, and any additional purchase-specific terms will be made clear at checkout.

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to interfere with the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

All text, imagery, and design on the Site are owned by SÜR or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, redistribute, or use them commercially without written permission.

When you join the waitlist you consent to receive emails from SÜR about launches, restocks, and related brand updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove you by writing to [email protected].

When products become available, orders will be subject to availability, pricing, and shipping terms displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing error.

Returns and exchanges will be handled per the policy posted on the Site at the time of your order. Cosmetic and personal care products that have been opened may not be returnable for hygiene reasons.

The Site and any content on it are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. SÜR products, when available, are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have a known allergy or skin sensitivity, review the ingredient list before use and consult a qualified professional if you have concerns.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SÜR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or its content. Our total liability for any direct damages arising from these terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars, or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflicts-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
